You will also receive: Welcome Packet Vital Cycle Workbook Individualized Co- Created Hormone Support Plan utilizing food, vitamins, movement, essential oils and lifestyle changes that is addressed during our five coaching sessions ​Cycle centric cookbook compiled by fellow Hormone Coaches as well as other resources from my coaching toolkit that will help you on your journey! This program is designed to be completed in three months, but we may complete it in two I am so excited to journey with you!
