Welcome to Essence NU! I am Nichole Ussery a
Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing
experience, a Fiat Certified Hormone Coach,
and soon to be FEMM instructor.

 

I myself have firsthand experience with many
of the typical issues women face today. From
painful periods to multiple miscarriages, now
on to the perimenopause chaos- and also the
desert of natural family planning support in my
community.

 

My goal at Essence NU is to empower women
thru knowledge about their female bodies and
ovulation cycle as well as education about root
causes for hormonal imbalance. Our
hormones have a voice and are trying to tell us
