Welcome to Essence NU! I am Nichole Ussery a
Registered Nurse with over 20 years of nursing
experience, a Fiat Certified Hormone Coach,
and a certified FEMM instructor.

 

I myself have firsthand experience with many
of the typical issues women face today. From
painful periods to multiple miscarriages, thru a desert of natural family planing support in my community- and then into the perimenopause chaos-and now adjusting to menopause.

 

My goal at Essence NU is to empower women
thru knowledge about their female bodies and
ovulation cycle as well as education about root
causes for hormonal imbalance. Our
hormones have a voice and are trying to tell us
